I’m Saqlain Haider, and I’m based in Pakistan. I’ve spent over 17 years in the biscuit and cookie industry, working behind the scenes in everything from quality control to recipe development. After years of experience in commercial baking, I decided to bring my knowledge to the home kitchen — and help beginners bake with confidence.
I started The Baking How to share simple baking tips, easy cookie recipes, and honest baking tool reviews. I know how confusing it can be when you’re starting out — what oven settings to use, which mixing tools are worth it, or why your cookies turn out flat. I’m here to simplify all of that for you.
My goal is to build a helpful space where home bakers and beginners can learn, experiment, and grow — whether you’re baking your first batch of cookies or looking for the best kitchen gadgets.
